Today was interval training. My legs are still not fit for running, so I used
the elliptical trainer. I usually use the ones from Technogym,
but now one from Precor was available, so I tried
that one, and noticed that it could vary grade/pitch (along with resistance), which
made the movement even more running-like. I really liked it, unfortunately it’s pretty
rare at the Sats gyms. I averaged
17,3 kcals/min, which for me is really intense.Got a slight case of heartburn, though.
Friday is payday, which means I’ll go to Löplabbet and
try out a better pair of shoes. Hopefully this will mean less strain on my legs.
